Business casual is the vibe—polished but comfortable. You’ll be on the move, so feel free to dress smart and feel great.
If you have any dietary needs or special requests, kindly share them with us right away. We’re here to make sure you’re well taken care of from the first bite to the last sip. Submissions should be made prior to September 5th.
Because The Drake is a historic hotel, there are stairs from the street to the lobby and from the lobby to our meeting area. If you require elevator access, notify us so we can assist you upon arrival and throughout the event. Please provide this information by September 5th.
We’ve curated a packed lineup of can’t-miss sessions and networking moments. Take a peek at the agenda to start planning your days.
Stop by the check-in table in the main lobby any time between 1:00 and 5:00 PM on Tuesday to grab your badge and welcome materials.
Can’t make it in time? No problem—we’ll also have a help desk set up Wednesday morning outside the Gold Coast Ballroom, where our General Sessions take place.

Join Jeff Keltner and Annie Delgado for a deep dive into the real-world impact of AI in financial services, along with strategies for navigating its risks and opportunities.
We’re kicking things off at the Adler Planetarium, where you’ll enjoy cocktails, dinner, and incredible views of the Chicago skyline.
Buses will depart from the front of The Drake at 5:30 and 5:45 PM.
Arrive a little early to grab a great seat and soak in the city sights on the way.
Please bring your Fall Summit badge—it’s required for entry to the Adler Planetarium.
If you are attending the Welcome Reception but missed getting your badge Tuesday at The Drake, it will be waiting for you at the Adler Planetarium.
If you live in the Chicago area and plan to drive directly to our Welcome Reception it is important for you to please let us know no later than September 5th. We will need to reserve a parking space for you in the Soldier Field lot. If you miss registration at The Drake, your badge will be waiting for you at The Adler. You can also meet us at The Drake and take the bus with the other attendees.
Please use the hotel’s valet service so that we may cover the parking cost. Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse self-parking expenses in The Drake’s public lot or other nearby lots, as those are independently operated.
The days are typically mild, but evenings can get cool. A light jacket or sweater will come in handy—especially for the outdoor spaces at Adler.
From O’Hare: ~45–60 minutes
From Midway: ~30–45 minutes
Traffic can vary, so build in some cushion time.
